內外

內外(내외)
기백은 '지진요대론'에서, "從內之外者 調其內 從外之內者 治其外 從內之外而盛于外者 先調其內而後治其外 從外之內而盛于內者 先治其外而後調其內 中外不相及 則治主病"(안에서 밖으로 나오는 것은 그 안을 조절하고 밖으로부터 안으로 드는 것은 그 밖을 치료합니다. 안으로부터 밖으로 나오면서 밖으로 왕성한 것은 먼저 그 안을 조절하고 뒤에 그 밖을 치료합니다. 밖으로부터 안으로 들어가서 안으로 왕성한 것은 먼저 그 밖을 치료하고 후에 그 안을 조절합니다. 안과 바깥이 서로 미치지 않으면 곧 주된 병을 치료합니다)라고 內外를 설명한다.

Internal and External
Qibo in Huangdineijingsuwen, Zhizhenyao Dalunpian: Discussion on the most Important and Abstruse theory said, “Disease caused by internal factors that affect the external can be treated by regulating th internal; disease caused by external fctors that affect the internal can be treated by dealing with the external; disease caused by internal factors are superabundant in the external can be treated by regulating the internal first and then treating the external; disease caused by external factors that prevail in the internal can be dealt with by means of treating the external first and then regulating the internal; if it is unclear weather the disease is caused by internal factors or external factos, the treatment should focus on the manifestations of the disease.” This explains the priciple of internal and external.

上右下左行
歧伯在黄帝内经素问，五运行大论里说，“天在上，自东而西是向右运行；地在下，自西而东是向左运行。 左行和右行，经过一年的时间， 而复会于原来的位置。”上是向右运行，下是向左运行而复会于原来的位置。
