變通

變通(변통)
공자는 '주역 계사상전 제12장'에서,"是故 形而上者 謂之道 形而下者 謂之器 化而裁之 謂之變 推而行之 謂之通 擧而措之 天下之民 謂之事業"(그러므로 형이상을 道라하고, 형이하를 器라한다. 化해서 마름질함을 變이라 하고, 推해서 행함을 通이라하고 하니, 들어서 천하의 백성에게 조치하는 것을 事業이라 한다)라고 通變을 설명한다.

Link and Change
Kongzi in Zhouyi:Book of changes,Xi Ci I: The Great Treatise I, Chapter 12 said, “Hence that which is antecedent to the material form exists (metaphysical), we say, as the Dao (way), and that which is subsequent to the material form exists(physical), we say, as a Qi (ware). Transformation and shaping is what we call change; carrying this out and operating with it is what we call Tong (link); taking the result and setting it forth for all the people under heaven is, we say, the business of life.” It explains the meaning of the Link and Change.

變通
孔子在周易糸辞上传12说：“所以居于形体之上的叫做‘道’，居于形体以下的叫做‘器’， 事物交感而化叫做‘变’， 推广而旁行叫做‘通，将这些道理交给天下的百姓使用叫做‘事业’。”解释通变的含义。
