3才4時(3재4시)
황제는 '황제내경 소문 보명전형론'에서, "天覆地載 萬物悉備 莫貴於人 人以天地之氣生 四時之法成"(하늘은 덮고 땅은 실어 만물이 모두 갖추어졌으나 사람보다 더 귀한 것은 없다. 사람은 천지의 氣로서 생겨나고 4시의 法으로 이루어졌다)라고 3재와 4시를 설명한다.

Huangdi in Huangdineijing suwen, Baoming Quanxing Lunpian: Discussion on Preserving Health and Protecting Life said, “The covering of the heavens in the upper and the support of the earth in the lower have paved the way for the the creation of all things in nature, among which the most noble one is man who exists on the dependence of the Heaven-Qi and Earth-Qi and lives in accordance with the principle of the four seasons.” It explains of 3 abilities 4 time.

黄帝在黄帝内经 素问 宝命全形论里说，“天覆于上， 地载于下， 万物具备， 但万物之中没有比人更宝贵的了。人依靠天地之气而生存， 并随着四时规律而生活。”这就说明3才能4时节。
